The opening of Orcas Ridge, with sought-after golf course home sites, is a good reason to party at Jubilee, the master-planned community for active adults.
LACEY, Wash. – Jubilee celebrates opening of its newest village, Orcas Ridge, with a weekend celebration on Saturday, Nov. 10 and Sunday, Nov. 11.
With more premium home sites, as well as sought-after golf course home sites now available, Jubilee invites you come explore life on The Links and choose your home site with golf course and/or mountain views. To celebrate Orcas Ridge, Jubilee’s Sales Center will serve cake and coffee during business hours, Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
“People have been asking about golf course home sites, and now we have them,” says Christine Bachman, vice president of marketing at Jubilee. “We haven’t had many to offer for the past six months or so.”
Not only will the first homes for sale in Orcas Ridge sit adjacent to The Links golf course, but the village will also feature Olympic mountain views and lots sized for Jubilee’s largest home plans. The community’s 13 floor plans, all craftsman-style, single-level homes, range in size from 1,200 to 2,500 square feet.
Despite a downturn in home values nationally, Jubilee has seen home prices increase.
With five villages sold out and two more under construction, Orcas Ridge is Jubilee’s eighth village to date. Since sales commenced in 2003, 587 homes have been sold at the community. Construction is expected to be completed in 2012 with a total of 1,155 homes spread among thirteen villages.
The debut of Orcas Ridge isn’t the only cause for excitement at Jubilee – the community’s eagerly anticipated Lodge expansion is nearing completion. The new, 27,000 square foot Jubilee Lodge will boast a larger exercise room and an expanded multipurpose ballroom. Residents are already enjoying their brand new activity center.
The heart of the action at Jubilee, the Lodge is home to activities from water aerobics to wine tasting. The building plays host to monthly special events such as luaus, birthday potlucks and holiday celebrations.
