Printing Instructions

Internet Explorer on Windows

In your browser window, click "Tools" on the top menu, select "Internet Options", and then click the "Advanced" tab.
In the dialog box, scroll down to the "Printing" settings and check the "Print background colors and images" option.
Press the "OK" button.
Click "File" on the browser's top menu and select "Page Setup".
In the dialog box, press the "Landscape" radio button, and set the margins to 0.5 inches (one-half of an inch) on the top, sides, and bottom.
Press the "OK" button.
Click "File" on the browser's top menu and select "Print.." to print out the page.

Click "File" on the browser's top menu and select "Page Setup".
In the dialog box, select the "Format & Options" tab, press the "Landscape" radio button, and check the "Print Background (colors and images)" option.
In the same dialog box, select the "Margins & Header/Footer" tab and set the margins to 0.5 inches (one-half of an inch) on the top, sides, and bottom.
Press the "OK" button.
Click "File" on the browser's top menu and select "Print.." to print out the page.

In your browser window, click "File" on the top menu and select "Print..."
In the "Print" window, select "Preview".
Make sure the page is laid out properly and select "Print".
If the desired content is running off the page, close out the preview, click "File" on the top menu in your browser and select "Page Setup".
Change the page layout from a portrait to a landscape.
If necessary, you may also consider setting the scale to 90%.
Preview the page again and print.

In your browser window, click "File" on the top menu and select "Print Preview".
In the Print Preview window, check the "Print Background" option at the bottom.
In the same window, press the "Page Setup" button at the top.
In the dialog box, select one of the Landscape options.
Press the "OK" button in the dialog box.
Press the "Print" button at the top of the Print Preview window.
